Because wedding websites are custom-built digital products, orders cannot be refunded once work has begun. By placing an order you acknowledge this.
If you cancel your order before we have started work (typically within 24 hours of ordering), you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@parasiempreinvites.com.
If work has begun but you wish to cancel, we will assess the stage of completion and may offer a partial refund at our discretion. This will be calculated based on the work completed.
Paid add-ons (e.g. express delivery, extra revision round, custom domain) are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
